The health and well being of our patients is our top priority. To assure that your pet remains healthy, it is recommended to bring your pet in for a physical examination at least once a year. During an annual visit we can help answer any questions you may have regarding you pet. Our clinician will also discuss the latest in parasite control including flea and heartworm products and provide information on current recommendations for excellent preventative care available to evaluate the nutrition and overall health of your pet.
Our wellness and vaccination program is designed to prevent disease and prolong the lives of your companion animals. The protection of your pet’s health and wellness status begins with your first visit to our hospital. We recommend monthly examinations for the furry new additions to your family, starting from 8 weeks of age until they are 4 to 5 months. Vaccination begins at 8 weeks and they recieve a booser at 12 and 16 weeks to become fully immunized. Spay and neutering is recommended between 5 and 6 months.
